Our very first picture together! We aren't sure how many dates came before this one but it was the first time our dogs met. This was a VERY IMPORTANT date!

This was one of our favorite dates. We met up at an old dried up quarry and let the dogs run around together. It was no place special but we were genuinely happy and this picture shows it.

Ange lived in Toledo and next to a large wooded park. We used to take the dogs there to run around together but this particular day, Venus stepped on a very large thorn and we had to pull it out of her foot. Poor girl couldn't walk so Hannah carried her home. Ange thought it was funny and took a picture for memories.

Not many know, Ange and Hannah got ice cream frequently in the first couple months of dating thinking the other really loved it. While Hannah really does love ice cream, she thought we were going because Ange really wanted to. It wasn't until we confronted the conversation that we were spending a lot of money on ice cream that we figured out we were both mistaken. We took a break for awhile.

Hannah and Ange went to their first USWNT game! Ange loves soccer and Hannah doesn't understand the rules but she loves to dress up and cheer obnoxiously.

Many of you know this, but our first apartment was absolutely gorgeous and a complete mess. Half of the place had no air conditioning...in the middle of the summer...in Georgia. It was a long day and frustrating to deal with but we pulled a mattress into our unpacked living room and made the best of our first night living together.

We never miss a NeedToBreathe concert!! Here is our first one in Atlanta!

Now this is a good story. Ange decided she wanted to make her own resin wood desk and had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She found someone on FB Marketplace selling slabs of wood and told Han she was going to drive an hour to the middle of nowhere Georgia to pick up a huge piece of wood from a random man. Naturally Han went with her and we shared our locations with brothers, just in case. When we showed up, the man showed us around his woodworking shop and let us ask questions. Ange eventually asked him what it would cost for his time and knowledge. He said to make a resin desk, he would exchange us a days' worth of work for a days' worth of our help around the shop. Well long story short, Jeff and Rose live on a beautiful piece of land and are the nicest adopted parents we've ever had. WE LOVE JEFF AND ROSE!

Many of you know, 2023 was a year full of many challenges. These hard times included us navigating not having power for three months and Hannah's health issues. Ange was officially asked to move to Savannah for work and they decided it was best for Hannah to move home to Cincinnati to hire a talented team of doctors. While this time was extremely difficult, we have taken time to recognize how blessed we were. Hannah had a home to go to in a time of need and SCAD paid for Ange's apartment in Savannah! God is incredible. God is good. Thank you to everyone reading this for helping us get through that time.
February 09, 2024
Hannah was still living with her parents in Cincinnati but we had to see each other! Han met Ange in Atlanta for SCAD tvFest. At this time, Hannah had received a diagnosis of a chronic illness called Dysautonomia and was on the journey of learning how to live with it. On a journey of healing. This trip was very important for the couple as they grew together and visioned what their new future looked like.
